Hi Becky. I found the movie playing while zapping on german TV and immediately stopped. I saw the movie already severall times. I had to cry while wathing the movie as always. At the end of the movie I read that Gerry was involved in a 2nd accident and disappeared. I did not know him personally, but from what I read and saw he was a great person, outstanding sports man and he has become a legend all over the world. Good bless you and your family. Best regards from Germany, Christian

Remember the Titans is one of my favorite movies of all time. I think it's great what you all are doing with this foundation in Gerry's name. Keep up the good work.

I am, as always, inspired by the strength of character depicted in this outstanding story in the coming together of team. This is no better examplified than the story of Gerry Bertier. May God bless him and his Foundation.

I'm deeply moved by the life and strength of Gerry Bertier. After watching "Remember The Titans" for the 5th time, I decided to look up the actual players and gather some facts. I'm honored to sign the guestbook of such a man. And to have a sister like Becky Britt carrying on his legacy is really a testament to humankind and the compassion we all possess.

I have watched this movie many times with the most recent being last weekend. My heart moves miles everytime because it reminds me of my Uncle in Florida who was paralyzed from the chest down when he fell over 100 feet. My uncle is a very stubborn man like Gerry was. He refused to let the accident take him down and pushed himself to remain independent. For him that means the world. Our family has had a lot of heartbreak, my cousin was set on fire in the late 80's and although she has deformities and many surgeries even today. She also is a leader of hope and inspiration. All my love to all of you! Thanks Gerry for being the person that you are and to my family for showing me that bad things don't have to stop your life.

An excellent young man with true character. A leader who was willing to break barriers. That means he also had courage. Your a warrior Bertier!
